STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (360 SPA)
- Provides your company with a powerful tool to formulate a strategy to achieving a 'fit' between the organisation and its environment
- Provides your company with a tool to develop a good strategic plan that will create a competitive edge – focusing on your resources and improving your results
- The report is generated through the company’s human capital management to ensure not only the development of a good strategic plan but also the right execution of the plan
- By adopting this methodology, Strategic planning is viewed as the process of developing, enhancing, and sustaining a competitive advantage through the human capital management
- Unlike most tools and techniques, 360 SPA is an enterprise-wide process involving employees from supervisory level and upwards, rather than a one-time, isolated event involving just a few
- Provides the basis for management to develop and use a particular mindset to face the challenges of developing a successful strategic plan
The Right Management Mindset
- A mind perpetually ready to challenge its own conclusions
- A mind prepared for a constant and graceful scepticism
- A mind that is open to any possibility, including impossibility
- A mind that is profoundly questioning, but buoyantly helpful
- A mind of democratic hospitality to other views
- A mind willing and able to improve people, processes, procedures and policies
- A mind with strong conviction that their actions will ultimately be judged not by Science, not by Reason, not by Technology, not by Public Opinion, but by Results achieved
- A mind that can bear the light of a new day
